Return Policy

You must have your receipt present to receive an exchange or refund, and it must be within 60 days of the original transaction.  When returning through the mail, please contact us first and send a copy of your receipt with the item(s).

 

Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and have price tags/fasteners still attached to receive an exchange or refund.  All sales are final for underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, and socks.

 

Refunds will only be given in the tender-type in which they were purchased – cash, debit, credit, or gift certificate.

 

Gift certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.  If you made a purchase with a gift certificate and want to return the item, you may exchange for a different item or a replacement gift certificate.
